Harry Shannon is a US international tax principal of Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in international real estate fund structuring and transaction work.  Since June 2006, he has led a dedicated group of international tax practitioners in New York advising the firm’s international real estate fund clients.

 
Prior to the ITS Real Estate Group in New York, Harry spent over six years as the head of the United States tax desk for Ernst & Young in Germany where he focused on fund structuring and acquisitions for international real estate clients, including structuring funds for the acquisition of German and European situs commercial, residential and office properties, and non- and sub-performing loan portfolios.
