Mr. Berges brings to CG/LA Infrastructure LLC over seven years of experience managing domestic and international marketing projects for Fortune 500 companies in the energy, infrastructure, food and manufacturing sectors. His professional expertise is in the creation of strategic business plans, marketing, communications, policy analysis and the application of quantitative methods to business and government solutions. He also teaches US federal employees as Professor of Econometrics at the Graduate College USDA and Mexican Government Employees at The Washington Center.

Mr. Berges holds an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Autonomous Institute of Technology in Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City.
